Join us for a special Partner Yoga Workshop to celebrate Sweetest Day! Whether you're coming with a friend, a partner, or on your own, this open-level session is the perfect opportunity to share your practice, connect, and heal together in a fun and rejuvenating way.

During this workshop, you’ll learn how to adapt yoga asanas (poses) and flows with a partner, using body weight, balance, and gentle Pranayama (breathing techniques) to deepen your practice. No previous yoga experience is required—just an open heart and a willingness to explore!

What to Expect:

- Learn partner yoga poses that promote trust, communication, and balance.

- Deepen your yoga practice with the support of a partner while enhancing strength and flexibility.

- Share laughter, healing, and connection in a warm, supportive group setting.

This workshop is open to everyone—whether you bring a spouse, a friend, a parent, or even come solo! No partner? No problem! Many attendees come on their own, and we’ll make sure everyone is paired up. Simply let us know in advance if you’ll be coming without a partner. Partner Yoga is also a great experience for caregivers, nurses, or anyone looking to explore healing techniques.

About Laura Armenta:

In addition to being a seasoned choreographer and performer, Laura has been a devoted Yogini since 1991 and is a certified Yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Therapy practitioner. She has led wellness and functional movement workshops worldwide and is the founder and creative director of Armentality Movement Arts Center.
