Thai Yoga Therapy by Armentality Certification Course with Laura Armenta and Kaylee Koslowske.
A comprehensive 30-hour Foundation and Level I certification
program designed for care givers, nurses, yoga teachers, and
individuals seeking to deepen their Thai Yoga knowledge or become
Thai Yoga therapy practitioners.
This course emphasizes honoring and respecting the origins and true
culture of Thai yoga, providing a holistic and authentic learning
experience.
All Classes are at Armentality Movement Arts
Center
We will start class on Sept. 19 at 5:30 pm and finish on Sept. 22.
Practice day is Saturday, Sept 28
On Friday and Saturday, there will be snack and Lunch breaks.

Special Instructions
Plan on wearing layers, loose clothing, a long-sleeved T-shirt, and socks recommended. Please keep hair off your face and avoid wearing jewelry, perfumes, or strong detergents.
Bring a yoga mat, sheet, small pillow, and notebook. Plus plenty of water, snacks
