Discover how to embrace life’s challenges with greater ease and openness. In this 6-week journey, we will explore the transformative practice of acceptance—meeting ourselves and the world with compassion, curiosity, and courage. Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and group discussions, you’ll learn to cultivate inner peace, navigate difficult emotions, and foster deeper connections with yourself and others.
Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this course offers practical tools to integrate mindfulness and acceptance into your daily life, allowing you to live with more clarity, resilience, and joy.
Dates: Saturdays 10:30-11:30am February 1st & 15th; March 1st & 15th; April 5th & 19th
Investment: $99 for 6 weeks; $20 drop ins

Flexibility in Learning:
While live attendance is strongly recommended for an immersive experience, we acknowledge that circumstances vary. A virtual attendance option is available for those who prefer learning from the comfort of their homes. Live sessions will be recorded for participants unable to attend in real time.
