Start your Thanksgiving Day by enjoying nature's beauty within the fields of Pennypack. On the trail, we will discuss gratitude as we take pauses to reflect and explore yoga poses to stretch our mind, body and spirits.

Please wear sneakers or hiking shoes and warm layered clothing and bring your yoga mat. This hike is appropriate for all levels (kids included) and will last approximately 1-1.5 hours.
