Come learn all about the ins and outs of traditional Inversions in yoga. We will spend time learning how to both practice and guide others in safely and effectively moving in and out of each posture, as well as how to cue, adjust and add them into both your personal practice and class sequence(s).

Our Continuing Education Immersions are open to certified yoga teachers (from our school or any other) looking to gather more knowledge and CEU's, wellness practitioner that want to add in yoga practices to what they already offer and/or students looking to deepen their own practice.
