Gather with speech-language pathologist and certified yoga teacher Lauren Pascucci to plant seeds that will help guide your little yogi to lead with their heart as they GROW big and strong! Yoga GROW is a lighthearted, joyful yoga practice that promotes a sense of peace, artistic expression and creative movement in age-appropriate ways. The inspiring class combines traditional yoga poses with stories, breath and movement to support early language, literacy, and social-emotional skills. Each child and their grownup will leave every session with visuals and ideas related to what they learned to help keep the fun GROWing between practices.

Dates: Saturday’s 10:30-11:15am September 21st-October 26th
