Let your child’s inner light SHINE through the practice of yoga, illuminating their path to self-discovery. Yoga SHINE is the start of a mindful and fun adventure in which young yogis can explore what yoga is and why we do it. The 6-week series introduces a new and engaging theme each week supported by a wide range of activities to help children develop tools to relax, focus, find peace, and build confidence. Students will leave each session with simple and fun activities that will allow them to expand on and share what they learned with family and friends so they can continue to SHINE between practices.
