Introduction Series to the Aerial Silk

10 Classes in 10-Weeks 

This series will build the students foundation and prepare it for Level 1. 

*This is a great series for anyone wanting to go to the next level or people who just want to have fun with fitness.

Class Policies

To ensure a safe and professional learning environment, please adhere to the following:

• Nails: Must be kept short—only slightly past the fingertip.
• Jewelry: No jewelry is allowed. Permanent jewelry must be securely wrapped.
• Hair: Must be pulled back.
• Attire:
  • Long leggings (below the knee)
  • A tight-fitting shirt that can be tucked in
  • Leotards are preferred
