Aerial Taster Series allows students to try out silks, lyra, aerial pole, and hammock with three of our aerial instructors. Class includes a warm up, a different apparatus each week to try, and a cool down. You will learn how each apparatus is unique and how to mount, climb, spin, hang upside down, or play with shapes in each apparatus, and learn a few tricks along the way.

Please do not wear any jewelry as this can damage our equipment. Wear workout leggings and close fitting tops and don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!

No experience necessary! Adults of all fitness levels encouraged to join!
