This 4 week series is designed for you if you want to feel more confident and comfortable in your practice. This is also perfect if you are a beginner yogi! Each class will include a 1 hour class, along with discussion, contemplation, and exploring new approaches to build your new or refreshed skills.
Lets get together to:
-understand your unique needs and how to modify postures to suit you
-breakdown the core poses in both Yin and Hatha style practices
-practice drills to strengthen and stretch
-explore presence and calm through breathwork and meditation
-get to know a bit more about the history & benefits of yoga
In this small group setting you will receive individual attention. You will come away feeling more confident in your practice, understand your unique modifications, and ready to attend class prepared to honour your body.
Remember there is no such thing as the perfect pose...only the pose that is perfect for you.
