Whether you are looking to start a headstand practice or grow in your current headstand, this workshop is for you!
Lori March, certified Yogi Flight Method® coach, will use the Yogi Flight Method® to guide your into Mukta Hasta Sirsansana (tripod headstand) and Baddha Hasta Sirsanana (bound/ classical headstand) using tuck entry, scissor entry and pike entries as well as intentional exits. You will have access to a wall as well as space to work free balance in your headstand. Finally, for those interested, you will be invited to play with transitions from headstand to your favorite arm balances as well as practice some of the less known versions of Headstand.
What is The Yogi Flight Method®? It is Yogi Flight School's unique approach to arm balances & inversions based on mindset and mechanics that address not just the physicality of the pose, but the mental challenges that a yogi must overcome in order to fly. This proven methodology will help you prepare your body, understand the shape and structure and mechanics of headstands (it’s much less about strength than you think!) and individual coaching to help figure out what is missing to help you take flight in your headstand.
