Join Amanda for an easeful and relaxing restorative yoga session on the night of the Full Moon! This deeply restorative and restful class will offer supported postures on the floor cradled by blocks, bolsters and blankets. Restorative yoga relaxes the mind and body, soothes the nervous system, can help reduce pain and improve sleep. Each class is themed around the specific full moon and it's zodiac sign. 

Dress in layers to stay comfortable. If you prefer to bring your own yoga mat and props, feel free.
