yoga Asanas
This workshop, led by Tommy Miller and Maggie Mowery, will
begin with a short yoga flow sequence, followed by a Hatha yoga
practice, and it will conclude with a series of restful,
earthbound, restorative poses. Asanas will be cued by Maggie, while
Tommy reads the stories to enhance your practice. Join us as we
make shapes with our physical forms while learning some of the rich
history behind the most well-known yoga poses!
