Using dance to go into trance dates back 40,000 years to our Shamanic ancestors. Blindfolded and deeply rooted we journey beyond the physical, through music and movement, to create a deeper connection with the wisdom of our Soul.

 

The afternoon starts with some light stretching and breathwork to loosen up both physical and emotional bodies. We'll then gather in a sacred circle for a cacao activation to open the heart chakra for centering & grounding. The full moon provides completion energy to help us release things we no longer want in our lives. We'll set intentions for what we wish to change on this journey and return to our mats, putting blindfolds on to deepen our trance experience.

 

In this altered state the dance becomes deeply personal and our ability to create a Spiritual connection is heightened when obvious stimuli are removed. Much will be revealed when we raise our levels of consciousness and expand our awareness.

The dance ends in total relaxation as we lie on our mats, allowing our Selves to return to the physical world. The vibrational tones of the gong help us transition from the trance state and reset patterns for expansion.
