Join us for a cozy candlelit evening of deep restoration and an immersion of the senses. In this workshop, we will invite you into a whole body experience of yoga, massage, aromatherapy and sound healing.

We will move through a gentle flow to prepare the body for deep stretching and supported relaxation postures while providing hands on assists and incorporating essential oils and hot towels. Crystal Sound Bowls will accompany your movement and meditation, for a subtle healing experience as your restore your physical and energetic well being.
