childbirth can be both a beautiful and transformative experience,
and a time of deep uncertainty and fear. Come connect with
other expecting mothers,
learn how to safely and effectively move your body during
pregnancy, and how to navigate childbirth with more
ease.
Join Shawn Austin a
Registered Nurse with experience in Labor & Delivery as well as
Postpartum care, for the following
classes in this
four-part series:
1. We will focus on
safe and optimal movement patterns to help ease common
discomforts of pregnancy.
2. Students will learn
postures and movements that encourage baby into an optimal
position for birth.
3. The
use of breath work, mantras and relaxation will
be incorporated to prepare for the mental and emotional aspects
of
labor and birth.
