Ring in
2025 with a New Year’s Day powerful flow
heated vinyasa class. We will begin with
a series of Sun Salutations to set intentions for the year ahead
and move any old energy out of the body.
A vigorous vinyasa flow will lead to
peak poses to challenge our body and mind
and remind us we can
handle anything 2025 brings us. Class
will end with a savasana and short meditation leaving us both
grounded and optimistic for the year ahead.
The
class will be taught in a warm room, around 80
degrees.
