Did you know that you can increase your heart health by lowering animal protein consumption and replacing it with plant based food options?
Research shows that incorporating a touch more (not all) plant based proteins into your diet can help lower cholesterol, and blood pressure, aid in weight loss, and improve and stabilize mood, creating a better sense of wellbeing.
In this vegan based coooking class Caitlin will help you turn well known meals into plant based powerhouses. You will also learn how to create more plant based snacks that can increase your protein and help you feel satisfied.
