6-Week Holistic Wellness Course
Join us for a 6-week journey into holistic wellness, designed to cultivate balance, mindfulness, and vitality through weekly classes and home practices. This course combines the foundations of yoga, breathwork, energy work, meditation, philosophy, and plant-based cooking, with life coaching principles to support you in creating a purposeful and healthy lifestyle. Each week includes required reading and journaling to deepen your learning.
What to Expect:
- Weekly Yoga Practice
Each class begins with a gentle yoga practice to help you connect with your body, improve flexibility, build strength, and center your mind. These sessions are designed for all levels, with a focus on alignment, breath, and mindfulness.

Week 1: Introduction to Breathing Practices
Discover foundational breathing techniques (pranayama) that calm the nervous system, enhance focus, and support physical and mental health. You’ll also be introduced to the basics of yoga and learn how breath and movement work together. -
Week 2: Introduction to Energy Work
Explore the concept of energy within the body and learn techniques to balance and revitalize it through breath, movement, and visualization practices. This class lays the groundwork for understanding energetic health. -
Week 3: Introduction to Meditation
Learn the basics of meditation, from mindfulness to simple concentration techniques, to help you reduce stress and find inner peace. Explore different styles to find what resonates best for your personal practice. -
Week 4: Exploring the Yamas and Niyamas
Dive into the Yamas and Niyamas—the ethical principles of yoga philosophy. These guidelines help us cultivate a compassionate and mindful way of living, both toward ourselves and others, enhancing our self-awareness and personal growth. -
Week 5: Introduction to Vegan Cooking
Discover the basics of vegan cooking and nutrition, learning easy, delicious plant-based recipes that nourish the body and support environmental well-being. Develop skills you can integrate into your daily meals. -
Week 6: Life Coaching and Goal Setting
Reflect on your goals, values, and aspirations in a supportive environment. Learn life coaching techniques to set meaningful goals and develop a vision for the life you want to create, integrating all you’ve learned throughout the course.
Weekly Assignments: Each week, you’ll receive reading assignments and guided journaling prompts to help you reflect on your experiences and insights. These assignments are designed to deepen your learning, offering space for self-exploration and growth.
