The start of any season can deliver fresh energy for rejuvenation, self-reflection and transformation. Take some time for yourself this busy holiday season and join Melissa for a Winter Solstice celebration. During this class we will utilize the power of the Solstice as it is the longest night of the year. The Solstice marks the sun's rebirth and the beginning of a new cycle and the days will now become longer. Melissa will guide you on a journey through restorative yoga and sound, as she intuitively weaves them throughout the class to help you relax and release any tension you're holding on to. An assortment of sound healing instruments will be used including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, a variety of chimes and drums, tuning forks and tingshas. These instruments are used to vibrate and activate every cell in your body, promoting healing and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
