RESTORATIVE TEACHER TRAINING

DESCRIPTION

In this 3-day training participants will gain knowledge of the roles of the nervous system and the subtle energy body and how they relate to the relaxation and restoration of the body and mind. We will cover how restorative poses can be used to create balance, nurture inner quiet, renew energy. Learn skills to create deeply transformative poses using verbal cueing, props and relaxation practices. Yoga teachers, doctors, nurses, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, mental health professionals, counselors, bodyworkers, mind-body fitness instructors, health coaches, and others working in healing, helping, and teaching professions will benefit from this training.
