This course dives deep into anatomy and alignment, examining how muscles, joints, and fascia interact in different poses. Most anatomy courses teach via rote memorization. This course offers you context so that you will understand and practice why we teach what we teach, examining how muscles, bones, and connective tissue may enhance or limit individual bodies range of motion. You’ll walk away with actionable techniques to immediately apply what you learn so you +or your students can deepen their practice and be less prone to injury. Through hands-on practice, lectures, and real-world applications, you’ll develop the skills to integrate functional alignment into any class style or personal routine. Ideal for yoga teachers, trainers, and serious practitioners, this training provides a science-driven foundation for a lifetime of practice.

- Pose video library that breaks down all the anatomy you want to know, practice, and teach your students for 75+ essential yoga poses broken down in 2-8 minute videos. You can return to this custom gallery again and again to hone your knowledge of these poses.
- 15 hours of in person learning, practicing and coaching to ask questions, look at different bodies in specific postures and deepen your understanding of the online coursework.

Her pedagogy emphasizes functional alignment, accessible anatomy, mantra and subtle body energetics, blending scientific rigor with a deep understanding of the energetic and philosophical dimensions of yoga.
An ever-curious student herself, Naomi has completed 1,500+ hours of Yoga Alliance Certified training under world-renowned teachers, including Jason Crandell (300RYT), Kia Miller (300RYT), Tiffany Cruikshank, Guru Singh (200RYT), Kathryn Budig, Bernie Clark and Lizzie Lasater. Her expertise is further enriched by collaborations with acclaimed artists and institutions, fostering innovative connections between mindfulness, creativity, and community.
