What to expect:

In honor of the Thanksgiving season, this practice serves to create a ritual moment in our yoga practice for reflection and contemplation of all the we hold deep appreciation for in our lives. The slower nature of our yin practice is well suited for this goal. Blended with a deeply restorative “grace” period, this offering is an opportunity to extend gratitude to ourselves.

You will experience 45 minutes of YIN yoga and 45 minutes of Restorative yoga 6:30PM-8PM

Exchange is $40/person and space is limited so pre-registration is required.
