Conscious Fitness Workshop w/Jen Petty

We are so excited to bring back, Jen Petty's “Conscious Fitness” Workshop!  This is an ALL LEVELS workshop for EVERY BODY. 

Jen has spent the past few years at the studio teaching the always evolving class, Yoga Sculpt. What separates this class from other sculpt classes offered out there is how creative Jen teaches each sequence with a variety of props including weights, bands, balas, and more! She has found a healthy way of improving the fitness of her students while being mindful of their bodies. This class has helped enhance other student’s practices at the studio and we encourage you to check out this special workshop!

Our time together will begin with a meditation to help center our intentions for loving who we are in the present moment, creating a safe environment. A workshop designed focus on how important it is to use weights and strength train as we age and prompt ourselves to take a look on how we want to treat our bodies going forward through journaling.

Jen will then lead us in a classic Yoga Sculpt style class with feel good music. The class will take you through a gentle warm up, strength, transitional yoga flow and rest. Taking two of Jen's greatest passions, yoga and fitness, and combining them to create a more conscious way of strengthening the body through mindful breathing.

Each guest will receive a journal and a gift from Jen.
