In this hour long session, we will explore different forms of sound from a meditative state (chakra gongs, crystal singing bowls and other high vibrational instruments). The combination of sounds and vibration are designed to move energy. As we work to bring stuck or stagnant energy to the surface, you will be guided to breathe it away. We will use this time to clear away what does not belong, so we can create space for a new positive energy flow. Please note that aromatherapy is used and purposeful in this class.
