This Powerful Program is based on Baron Baptiste's book, 40 Days to Personal Revolution.  You will explore and create new habits around exercise, meditation, nutrition and behaviors. Led by Ruth meeting will be in Medford Sunday  12-1pm Yoga class and meeting to follow.  There will be support and guidance for home practices and meditations each week.
