This Powerful Program is based on Baron Baptiste's book, 40 Days to Personal Revolution.  You will explore and create new habits around exercise, meditation, nutrition and behaviors. Led by Taryn meeting will be in Maple Shade Friday night 6-7pm Yoga class and meeting to follow.  There will be support and guidance for home practices and meditations each week.
