This 4- 4-week yoga Session is for Kids Ages 5-9.

Ruth will be leading this kids yoga series. Teaching kids the power of intentional movement and mindful actions. This class will build a foundation in yoga poses and build students' confidence by empowering awareness. Yoga is a great way to build mind and body awareness. This one hour class will meet weekly for 4 weeks in Medford Mondays at 6pm! 

SHINE Business Policy for events/workshops/masterclass is no refund is given if cancellled within 24 hours of start of program.  NO refunds are given back to credit cards/cash and all will be applied to the clients account for future use.
