This is  a 6 week intermediate program designed for adults who can already do a push up and lunge to improve mobility, resilience and balance through intentional movement. 

We'll dive into the seven primary movement patterns (push, pull, hinge, squat, lunge, gait and rotation).

Each week builds on the last, so attendance to each session is important.
