We will embrace the energy of this moon phase as the
Worm Moon is a reminder of how change can be
happening underneath the surface, even if it is not seen
or recognized. Springtime brings a much-anticipated
return to life, and the spiritual meaning of the Worm
Moon is a subtle yet powerful reminder of the early
stirrings of that life, a return to hope for a fresh start.

Workshop includes a brief journaling session followed by
a Yin Flow and ending with a guided candle meditation.
