Let's get our Chakras (7 main energy centers) aligned & ready for a fresh, new year ahead! Release what is no longer serving you, cleanse your mind, body & energy & set intentions for 2025. We will be learning about each of our 7 Chakras, how to reset & cleanse them, doing guided journaling, cleansing yoga movement & ending with a yoga nidra to bring it all together. Ashlyn will be providing an optional oracle card reading for each yogi to bring even more clarity (you get to keep your card that you pull!) & you will recieve a stick of palo santo to take home with you!
