Join us for a Creative & Grounding evening! We will begin by creating a custom essential oil rollerbottle and learning the benenfits of the oils used. Then we will incorporate using the roller during our guided meditation. Please bring anything that will make you comfortable during the guided meditation (pillows, blankets, etc.)
