INTRODUCING EARLY MOVEMENT EDUCATION & MECHANICS 

 September group class deals!  With the cost of most services in the community increasing; here is an incentive towards your health goals. Our team is excited and ready to get you started today! Classes will start the week of Sep 30, 2024, and will be ongoing month after month. 

Goals: These classes are designed to introduce your athlete to correct movement and speed progressions. It is very beneficial for your athlete to start to understand the proper ways to run, jump, land, and run at an early age. 

\We will guide your child through an empowering and engaging curriculum that will develop balance, core stability, coordination, reaction,hand & foot eye coordination and fundamental age appropriate strength! Fun is the quickest way to learn and these classes are for all tactile kinesthetic learners.
