Description

Join Dr. Renee Bowen on a 5-week journey of strength and stability. Build strength in your pelvic floor and core, step into your power, and strengthen your mind-body connection. Class will be held Thursdays at 6:30pm ET on 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, and 12/26. 

In this series you will: 

  • Learn the anatomy of the pelvic floor & de-mystify these very important muscles
  • Practice the correct way to strengthen the pelvic floor and core & debunk myths you may have learned about these muscles 
  • This is a progressive series. Exercises will advance each class so you can see positive change week by week 

This exclusive series will be limited 10 students to allow for personalized attention and hands-on assists.
