Melt into your evening with a Candelight Yoga class designed to combat stress & fatigue. Perfect class post Christmas!  Aris will lead a gentle vinyasa flow that will incorporate tools you can use on and off your mat.  Class will include: gentle yoga-mindfulness practices-breathing techniques- and modifications that you or your loved ones can easily implement for a more balanced life.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat (mats available to use at studio as well), and water bottle.

Cost is $18 for members and non- members.
