Join us for an amazing way to
de-stress before the holidays! 45 minutes of Glow POUND followed by
45 minutes of Candlelight Stretch and Restoration. Open for ages
14-99.

Please bring a water bottle. Clothing that is light colored or neon will glow best! If you have a yoga mat or pound mat, bring with you. We do have several mats on hand as well. Glow paint provided.
