This 90 minute workshop is intended for students to explore transitional sequences and rotation-focused movement. Each transition will combine dynamic floor work & level changes utilizing the chair, pole, and floor as an apparatus.

First half of class we will learn shapes, tricks, clean lines, and transitions. Second half we will combine those movements into a sensual flow; incorporating rose petals to dance in.

Shoulder rolls are preferred for most tricks (however, moderations will be given if needed). Knee-pads are required, heels are optional.
