We offer an extensive 55 minute health screening which includes a minimum of 10 movement patterns, which will allow the Pilates Therapist to gather information to determine the cause of movement and posture deficiency, resulting in pain. This assessment is comprised of tests which require balance, stability and mobility. A thorough health screening is also done during the assessment. We will be taking an active role in your recovery. We will assist you in understanding a holistic approach to function and education. Our focus is to improve the quality of your daily function for Inspired Living.
