(1) Movement Intelligence Screen (MIS)- clients will perform different movements & postures that reveal movement patterns that will provide valuable information to you and your instructor about your movement quality, joint range of motion, strength, body awareness, flexibility, coordination, etc. Following the assessment you and the instructor will discuss screen findings and develop fitness & personal goals.
