Description

Online Back to Basics Coaching Program.
Start with a Fitness Assessment to evaluate where you are at.  
Purpose: Have a Personal Trainer to help you anywhere to achieve your fitness goals.  
Format: online. Log in to the APP and review your dashboard.  to receive your program design, messaging your trainer,
view your calendar, track your progress, see your daily checklist and other tools.

Description: Your workouts will have personalized instructions and videos to watch to ensure you are exercising safely.  Your workouts will be designed specific to your unique self.  We will meet you where you are at.  Exercises will be carefully picked specific to you.
The goal is to progress you slowly.  
Workout Format: Starting with a warm-up, mobility, strength exercises specific to you and finishing with tailored stretches to help with recovery.  Each month you will receive an updated workout program.  After each workout you will rate how the workout went and provide feedback.  Your feedback will ensure you are getting the best possible workout.
Workout Duration: will be determined by your trainer.
Frequency: 1-2x week for the first month.  Following months will be determined by your trainer and client feedback to assess progress.


Our Back To Basics Online Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide nutritional guidance and support to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Workouts:
Food Guide
Includes: Lists of recommended foods, back to basic habit support, portion sizes, and tips for making healthier choices
Availability: Ongoing support through email communication
Purpose: To provide answers to your questions, offer encouragement, and make adjustments to your plan as needed
Response Time: Typically within 24 hours on weekdays


Our Advanced Nutrition Coaching Program: designed to provide personalized nutritional guidance and support to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. This program includes an initial assessment, weekly check-ins, a personalized food guide, a custom meal plan, and ongoing contact with your coach via email.
Custom Meal Plan & Personalized Food List
Details:  A tailored guide that outlines the best food choices for your specific goals, preferences, and dietary needs.
Adjustments:  updates needed based on your progress and feedback

Questionnaire: A comprehensive questionnaire to be filled out at the beginning of the program
