We offer Traditional Thai Massage which is performed on a floor mat or Thai Table Massage. Thai Massage is an invigorating, balancing, expansive, restorative, experience. This technique grows out of deep roots in Hatha Yoga and Meridian Medicine.

Whether on floor mat or table, Thai Massage is practiced fully clothed. Wear loose comfortable clothing, similar to what you would wear in yoga class or to the gym. Also, please refrain from eating a large meal at least a couple hours prior to treatment.
