*Commitment rewards are issued via a center gift card and may be applied to other services, offerings, and events. They are subject to change if prices change. If a subscription ends, the rewards program for that subscription also ends. Members are responsible for keeping track of and requesting their rewards within 60 days of the achieved Commitment.

Rates include a 2.5 percent processing fee for credit card transactions

Sessions canceled within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the session cost.

Please note: Subscriptions will not start until your first scheduled appointment. For example: If you book a session on January 20th your subscription will not activate until January 20th and will run through February 19th.

*All sales are non-refundable. Subscription payments will not be refundable once processed. If you want to cancel or put your subscription on hold you can. If you decide to cancel there will be no refund for the current month. The next month will be when the cancellation will take effect. All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the start of the next month's cycle.
