Art therapy sessions are tailored to the client’s specific needs and treatment goals. In the first session, an art therapy assessment is conducted and the art therapist creates a treatment plan. 
Future sessions include allocated time for art-making.

After the client has created art, the art therapist will help the client process their art in order to promote insight and integration.
