Plan on 45 minutes to an hour for your first session.

Please come water hydrated and with some food in your stomach.

You will be in a private room.

We advise everyone except minors to remove all clothing.

Minors should follow the recommendations of their parents.

The more light the body can receive, the more effective it is. Therefore, the more clothing removed, the more effective the treatment.

Sessions last 15 to 20 minutes.

Music is important and we provide it. You can bring your phone to listen to meditations.

You will be able to drive afterwards.

You will likely feel good after your first session, however one session will not fully resolve any physical or emotional issue.
