Energy medicine in the studio incorporates the Power of Reiki with EFT, while the client is in a meditative state, to shift the frequency in the mind and body, and release any emotional blockages that do not serve an individuals highest good or better heath. This practice does not aim to guide a client in any specific direction, rather to release the blockages hindering the client from following their soul's intuitive path. 

Sessions in healing through energy medicine focus on working with the subconscious mind, that which stores our beliefs and programming. When the client is placed in a meditative state, their brain frequency shifts from Beta, to Alpha, to Theta, to Delta, where subconscious beliefs, patterns, and emotions are more open to reconstruction and healing. Alpha brain waves experience a frequency of 8-12 hz with a feeling of relaxation. In Theta, a client will experience a frequency of 4-8 Hz, feeling deeply relaxed and focused. 

Reiki is used to harness an energy with a larger bio magnetic reading from the surrounding universe through the hands of the reiki practioner. Energy transfer to a client to heighten or shift the vibration, and potentially influence matter (their physical health and outcomes). Emotional Freedom Technique involves tapping along the meridian points, the “life energy” of the body to release emotional and associated physical pain or distress, as emotions live within our cells.
