All members having an Ionic Foot Bath for the first time, must sign the Ionic Foot Bath Release Form.

The Ionic Foot Bath is NOT recommended for members with a pacemaker or any other battery-operated implant, organ transplant recipients, sufferers of epileptic seizures, pregnant or nursing women, and unsupervised children under 8 years of age.

Hypoglycemic persons should eat prior to the Ionic Foot Bath. Members with high or low blood pressure should take appropriate medications three (3) hours prior to their Ionic Foot Bath.

Anyone with a heart condition should consult their physician prior to using the Ionic Foot Bath.

It is recommended to wait three (3) hours after taking medication to have the Ionic Foot Bath.

DO NOT have an Ionic Foot Bath if taking medications for anxiety (e.g., benzodiazepines such as Valium), schizophrenia, grand mal or petit mal seizures, or blood thinners.

Those taking prescription pain medications may have increased pain after an Ionic Foot Bath.

DO NOT use an Ionic Foot Bath on feet with open sores. A hand detox may be an alternative option.
