During the Level 1 Training, participants will delve into the fundamental principles of Reiki, its history, and the energetic systems that underlie this practice. Usui Reiki Level 1 Training is structured as an immersive and interactive experience. Participants will engage in guided meditations, energy exercises, and receive attunements that enable them to access and channel Reiki energy effectively. Through gentle touch and intention, participants will learn how to tap into the universal life force energy and direct it for self-healing and the well-being of others.

The small class size allows for individual attention and a more intimate learning experience.

By the end of the Reiki Level 1 Training, participants will have gained a solid foundation in Reiki practice. They will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform self-healing sessions and offer Reiki to friends, family, and even pets. Additionally, participants will receive a Level 1 Reiki certificate, acknowledging their completion of the training and their readiness to begin their journey as Reiki practitioners.
