This trauma recovery program contains a combination of complementary and alternative modalities and social and emotional support to help you achieve a deeper, lasting solution to trauma healing. BBTR is a truly comprehensive approach to transformation after trauma. You get a deep dive, a 2-hour intake, and three bi-weekly, 1 to 1.5-hour sessions. We will work together for two months.  At the end of these 2 months, you will have the option to continue the program for additional and ongoing support.
