3-4x a day, breathing techniques and gentle pressure can be applied to the ear seeds in short time from anywhere to stimulate the signals to the brain and continue results from the session.

Appointments last approximately 15 minutes however, they are booked for a 30 minute session to allow time for discussion and aftercare.

It is recommended to allow 48-72 hours after removal of ear seeds to reapply. Most clients schedule bi-weekly sessions. Initial session may take the full hour and follow ups are typically 15 - 20 minutes depending on the client, any new concerns for treatment, etc.
