Enjoy Private Infrared Sauna Experience. Choose between our Sunlighten Cabin (3 person) or HightechHealth Cabin (2 person). We set our infrared saunas to 140 degrees F. Recommended to use 120-150 degrees F.

Enjoy our Cold Plunge. Our legendary set up from Edge Theory Labs in San Diego. Is a 200 gallon soft tub made from stand up paddle board material. Comfortably submerge all the way under. Perfect size for anyone up to 7ft tall.  Like to plunge with friend? This tub can actually accommodate 2 at a time. We set the temperatures to 40-50 degrees F.
